Terms of Service for SMS Messaging

By opting into the Medical Associates Plus - Walton Way mobile messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
Medical Associates Plus - Walton Way may send recurring text messages related to your healthcare. This includes, but is not limited to: appointment reminders, follow-up care instructions, billing notifications, and office updates.
2. User Opt-In
Users opt-in by providing their mobile number during patient registration (verbally or via paperwork) or through our online contact forms. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner of the mobile number provided.
3. Cost
Medical Associates Plus - Walton Way does not charge for our SMS service; however, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier, depending on your individual mobile plan.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and is based on your specific healthcare needs and scheduled appointments.
5. How to Opt-Out (Stop)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our mobile number. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

7. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. As stated therein, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
